Pathways Education crosses social enterprises with creative design studios and coffee shops to address the 5% employment rate of adults with learning disabilities.

Education is bound by a system where so much innovation and potential remains untapped. By adopting a vertical development approach their students go beyond just learning by embodying their journey themselves and in their businesses.

This goes beyond the college as Pathways doesn’t just train social enterprise, but kick starts them; every penny of profit from each cup of coffee sold goes directly to seed funding for students’ start ups.

They also run a cooperative that is replacing the supply chain of their own rapidly expanding coffee shop network.
