Corra Chocolatier
CORRA Chocolatier is a project by Corrado Fogliazza, whose work is shaped by a long pursuit of excellence across some of the world’s leading centres of chocolate and pastry.
Trained initially in Switzerland, Fogliazza developed a foundation in traditional techniques before moving to Paris to work alongside leading practitioners. He later continued his career in London, working within five-star hotels and private members’ clubs, where precision, consistency and attention to detail are paramount.
CORRA represents a shift towards a more personal mode of production — the culmination of years spent refining both craft and approach. Rooted in a deep commitment to quality and process, the work reflects a belief that exceptional chocolate should not be reserved for rare occasions, but integrated into everyday experience.
Each piece is made with a focus on balance, material integrity and flavour, resulting in chocolates that are both considered and accessible — designed to be shared, enjoyed and returned to.
